   How Scrum Teams Power Organizational Goals with SAFe! It was really
   interesting to see, for the first time, all my team and business leaders sit
   together in a packed meeting room, discussing the company’s vision during PI
   Planning. As I moved closer to the execution of PIs, I saw firsthand how
   efficiently SAFe helps an organization stay ahead in today’s fast-paced
   market and drive product innovation. In the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),
   it’s not just about scaling Agile—it's about aligning goals from the top
   business strategy to the daily work of Scrum teams. Here’s how Scrum teams
   play a key role in supporting these top-level business objectives: Portfolio
   Level: It all starts with strategic goals set by business owners. Think big
   objectives like, "Grow revenue by 20%." But how do these become actionable
   across the company? Program Level or ART Level: Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
   take those broad goals and break them down into features and milestones.
   Here, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) ensure everyone is moving in sync, with
   a clear vision. Team Level: And here’s where the magic happens! Scrum teams
   on the ground translate those big objectives into day-to-day work. During PI
   Planning, they take features from the program level and break them into user
   stories they can tackle sprint by sprint. Here’s how Scrum teams directly
   impact Portfolio goals: Deliver Incremental Value: Scrum teams release small
   but significant features with every sprint. This continuous delivery builds
   toward achieving larger portfolio goals—whether it’s launching new products
   or expanding into new markets. Close Feedback Loops: By demoing work at the
   end of each sprint, teams gather feedback quickly and adapt. This keeps the
   entire Agile Release Train (ART) aligned with business priorities and
   evolving customer needs. Remove Waste, Boost Efficiency: Teams identify
   bottlenecks and streamline processes using Lean principles, making sure their
   work aligns with portfolio objectives like reducing operational costs or
   improving time-to-market. Empowered Teams, Aligned Results: When Scrum teams
   are empowered with autonomy and aligned with the bigger picture, they don’t
   just complete tasks—they drive the business forward. From the boardroom to
   the scrum board, every team contributes to the larger vision in a SAFe
   organization. When done right, this alignment unlocks the true power of
   Agile, delivering value that resonates across the entire company. And if you
   are executing a quarterly contribution review process, the OKRs of these SAFe
   at different configuration is going to help you decide the goals at different

   (prekybos agento) patirtų nuostolių atlyginimo, ERGO LIFE juridiškai
   pažeidžia teises. ERGO LIFE pažeidė įstatymą,draudimo agentui nutrauktė
   sutartį ne pagal įstatyme nurodytą terminą (pranešti reikėjo prieš 4 mėn.,
   o ERGO LIFE pranešė prieš vieną dieną) . Draudė įstatymas ERGO LIFE,
   nutraukus Sutartį, neišmokėti draudimo agentui kompensacijos 25 % komisinius
   arba neatlyginti nuostolius. Sekantis teismas su ERGO LIFE 2024-06-03 dieną,
   09 val. ryto., Vilniaus miesto apylinkės teisme, 015 kab. pagal LRCPK. Ginče
   su ERGO LIFE / Open AI

   For attention-response focus! On 15.04.2024, a court proceeding was held in
   LRCPK with ERGO LIFE Insurance SE regarding the compensation of losses
   incurred in an incorrectly concluded insurance agent contract (sales agent),
   ERGO LIFE legally violates the rights. ERGO LIFE violated the law, it
   terminated the contract with the insurance agent outside of the deadline
   specified in the law (it was necessary to notify 4 months ago, and ERGO LIFE
   notified one day ago). The insurance law forbids ERGO LIFE, upon termination
   of the Agreement, not to pay the insurance agent a 25% commission or to
   compensate the losses. The next trial with ERGO LIFE is on 06/03/2024, at
   09:00 a.m. morning, in Vilnius city district court, room 015. according to

   I just realized tomorrow is actually a pretty big day. Almost 5 years ago I
   started my BA journey. Tomorrow I will speak at the IIBA Romania conference.
   Almost 5 years from start to where I am now. This is not just with the
   regular 9-5. I spent many hours after work on:  - reading,  - watching
   courses,  - practicing,  - wrangling data and making graphs,  - researching, 
   - speaking with peers,  - and probably more. Progress does not come easy. You
   have to give up time and put in the work. Fast progress is even more costly.
