The location was excellent. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As a
solo traveler on this trip I thought it was an ideal place to stay.
The room was a bit cramped but as a single traveler it didn’t affect me too
much. I did have a problem with the bathroom flooding the first night because I
didn’t realize that the shower head was turned in the wrong direction.

Wonderful
I had a single room, and it was a good size for one person. Small, but no
problems with the space- luggage storage under the bed. The room was nice and
the staff were friendly.

Overall a nice experience.
The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were super tiny and the bathroom was
as well. Felt really tight for two friends sharing a king bed. The bed was
comfortable and I really liked that the train station was a 5 min walk from the
hotel. That was super convenient. Just for that, I would probably stay there
again if I ever go back to Singapore.
The staff could have been a bit friendlier. We had to call several times for the
room to get service bc somehow it always got missed. The rooms were very tiny. I
had to crawl over my friend in order to get to the side of my bed, not very
convenient. In the photos before booking the rooms seemed a bit bigger.

Excellent place to stay if you're on a tight budget and need to stay in a great
location
location, decor, room facilities -- all very good.
the room size is a bit smallish, but it's in CBD (central business district) so
I guess it was ok.

Good
Lodging is expensive in Singapore, and this place was on the lower end of that
scale. But the room was TINY! The bed is tucked against the wall and there was
barely enough room to lie on the floor to do situps. They shower and the toilet
are in the same cubby, which means the floor for the toilet is wet when you use
it after your shower.

overall it was a good stay
I like the bed, thats why I always stay there unless room is unavailable. Hotel
staff is friendly
car park is managed by another 3rd company hence there s no complimentary
parking for the guest

Ideal hotel for a business trip: good location, easy transport and great
breakfast/restaurant within
Very good location with the metro close to the hotel. The breakfast is really
great! The room is quite compact, but the quality of the bed was high.
The room was compact but ok for the equipement.
