No, of course not! We offer mobile service at no additional charge!

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Most of the time, we get our clients in same or next day!

Do you charge a mobile fee?

No, at 5 Star Auto Glass, our pricing is all inclusive! We don't charge for
mobile service, disposal or any of those other crazy fees!

Do I need to be present for the replacement to sign any papers?

Nope! We just need keys to the vehicle and we'll take care of everything. If
your job isn't something insurance is paying for or if you have a deductible, we
can text or email you a link to take care of what you owe! Or we can take
payment over the phone!

Can I have mobile service if I don't have a garage?

The answer to this question depends on the weather. And in our great state of
Minnesota, we know that can be a loaded question. We require heated shelter if
the weather is below 40 degrees and/or if it's raining or snowing.

How big does my garage or shelter need to be?

In order for our techs to be most efficient and perform the work to the best of
their ability, we ask that you have enough room for our technicians to move
around the vehicle with all the doors open.
