VEHICLELICENSING Collection of licensing fees on all vehicles using public roads. TOLLING Resposible for the charging, levying and collection of toll fees for road maintenance. CROSSBORDERMOVEMENT Setting fee schedules for collection of transit fees for both foreign registered and public service vehicles. ABNORMALLOAD&AXLEOVERLOAD Abnormal Loads are registered through ZINARA to be granted the route to use FUELLEVY Zinara is also responsible for collecting fuel levy which is charged per litre for both Diesel and Petrol. BRIDGETOLL(NLB) The fees are charged for use of the New Limpopo Bridge (NLB) at Beitbridge port of entry DISBURSEMENTS ZINARA makes periodic and routine maintenance disbursements to Road Authorities MONITORING&EVALUATION ZINARA is resposible for monitoring the usage of funds disbursed to road authorities for both routine and periodic maintenance. ZBCRADIOLICENSING As an agent of ZBC, ZINARA collects radio licenses for motor vehicles on behalf of the state broadcaster. ONLINEPAYMENT& SELFSERVICE View current toll & licensing fees.
