BUFFALO, NY – An off-duty Buffalo cop was charged under New York State’s strict
control laws after leaving a firearm exposed on the front seat of his vehicle.
According to Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn, 28-year-old Mitchell

A winter storm will be bringing mixed precipitation to much of Western New York.
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 10 am to 10 pm today for
Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Southern Erie counties. Total snow accumulations of
