* * Login * Create an Account * SportsEngine skip navigation Five Star Performance-DFW * Home * About * Members * Teams * Coaches/Contact * Calendar * Achievements * Tryouts Main Menu * Home * About * Members * Teams * Coaches/Contact * Calendar * Achievements * Tryouts * Facebook * Twitter Register: 2022 Fall Youth Uniform Order 5 STAR DFW HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS August 14th 14U through 17U Click for details & registration Register: 2022 Fall High School Uniform Order LESSONS/TRAINING Book a Lesson Book a Class Memberships -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2022 YOUTH (9U-14U) FALL WORKOUT SCHEDULE Here is what the Fall will look like: Mondays @ Centerfield Ages 9U, 10U & 11U- 5:45 PM - 7:15 PM Ages 12U, 13U & 14U- 7:30 PM - 9 PM (Exclude Labor Day)- Indoor Training (hitting/bunting, throwing) August.29 September 12, 19, 26 October 3, 10, 17, 24 Wednesdays @ JPII 9U-12U- 6 PM to 8 PM (catchers until 8:10 PM) 13U & 14U- (catchers report @ 7:30 PM) all other players report @ 8 PM - 10 PM Infield & Outfield Defensive Skill Work, Catchers & Base Running August 31 September 7, 14, 21, 28 October 5, 12, 19, 26 The Fall workouts will be run by 5 Star directors and coaches focusing on skill work for 4 weeks, the last few weeks will add in team Defense & Offense. Your team may choose to play tournaments on the weekends. Cost for fall program is $650 for 17 workouts (9 weeks), this includes all coaches pay. If your team plays a tourney, you will have to pitch in for that cost. Uniforms will be sold separately from this cost.
