EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATION. GREAT INSURANCE.

A fellow esti of mine recommended insurance through Elite Beauty as it was a
lesser price than the insurance company I was looking at (ASCP), and I decided
that I didn’t need all of the added benefits ASCP included, and could get three
years of insurance for the price of two at ASCP. It was an easy enough
experience getting insured, and it was easy to make changes as needed when I
changed my business address. The customer service was super helpful in doing so.

VERY INFORMATIVE FOR COMPARISON. READ THE FINE PRINTS

Very informative for comparison and user friendly.
Reading the fine print is necessary. Elite Beauty covers services that other
insurances do not cover. Makes it worth the additional $$$ for coverage because
you want to be totally "covered" professionally.

IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE ANOTHER TYPE OF…

It would be nice to see another type of policy for stylists who work 3 days or
less and strictly for client appointments. Not $2million property damage when
it’s just a daily chair rental

Non Payment Notices vs Payment Made
Coordinate your payments made with reminder to pay email notices so that the
reminder is not sent after payment is made. Otherwise you are doing a great job.
Really appreciate the breakdown email sent out explaining different types of
insurance coverages. Very educational.

THIS WAS A GREAT EASY TO USE FORMAT

This was a great easy to use format. I only had an issue using my computer for
it, a pop up for the site wouldn’t load or go away. I jumped on my phone and

NEED FULL COPY OF POLICY

They do not give you a full copy of the policy. A certificate of insurance is
not an insurance policy. I've been on the phone for an hour and still cannot get
through.
