     The environment is excellent. The only concern Westin demands payment at
     check in even the rooms were booked with holding deposits only. The payment
     was later reversed but I have to pay reversed service charges and exchange
     differences to the credit card company. It would be avoided if it is just a
     holding deposit and not a direct debit.

     FRONT DESK SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT NOT THE ENTRANCE
     
     People, there were 3, at the entrance, 1st floor were not flexible nor
     kind.
     I asked if I can check in early or leave my bag because I arrived there
     more than 30mins earlier than 3pm. They instantly rejected to early check
     in, also never introduced to go up 26f to ask front desk if there is
     availability - never happened in other cities so I was kind of surprised.
     At the same time I asked them if there is an outlet to charge my phone till
     await my checkin time, they told me to go to some cafe outside. I just
     wanted to wait my checkin.
     Though slightly remembering another lady was passing by she was told that
     check in is at 26f, but not to me. I didn’t get what was the difference.
     I went up 26f by myself because I heard that conversation. The lady was at
     26f was extremely nice and allowed me to do early checkin since there was
     available. I still don’t get why people at 1f rejected everything. Did I
     dress wrong or talk rude?
     But no place I can use my Bonvoy points in Sendai other than this place. So
     next time, I should go straight up to 26f directly to decline 1f’s help.
     And small thing: a hair blower at the room was pity. I think you have to
     replace to a new one. And a TV remote is not working well.
