with the County Clerk or appropriate court and offers electronic service of
papers in those cases. Before filing,

    ASK A QUESTION ABOUT E-FILING
 2. SEND A DOCUMENT USING EDDS
    Parties may utilize the Unified Court System Electronic Document Delivery
    System to send a document to many courts where e-filing is not yet
    authorized, or where authorized*, to send a Stipulation of Consent or Letter
    Application to Convert a matter to E-Filing. For more information, see
    Sending Documents to the Court Using EDDS.
    
    *Note: If you are filing a Stipulation & Consent to E-Filing in Bronx,
    Nassau, New York, Orleans or Queens Supreme Court, please log into NYSCEF.
    
    
    
    
    
    For emergency applications ONLY - in Supreme Court civil cases outside of
    regular court hours, call (800) 430-8457 or email emergency@nycourts.gov.
 3. New Surrogate Screens- February 26th in Monroe and Nassau Counties.
    Expanding statewide in March.
    In anticipation of new Surrogate Court Screens for filers,we will be
    offering free 1-hour CLE Sessions for attorneys, staff and unrepresented
    litigants.To register please click the link for the date you would like to
    attend. Sessions are from 11:00am-12:00pm. Tuesday February 20th. Tuesday
    February 27th. Tuesday March 5th. Tuesday March 19th.
 4. Supreme Court E-Filing Training Sessions
    Monthly FREE 2-hour CLE Sessions are offered for attorneys, attorney's staff
    and unrepresented litigants. To register please click the link for the date
    you would like to attend. Wednesday March 13th 10:30am-12:30pm. Wednesday
    April 17th 10:30am-12:30pm.
 5. E-Filing now available in 10 FAMILY Courts statewide
    Monthly FREE 2-hour CLE Sessions are offered for attorneys, attorney's staff
    and unrepresented litigants. To register please click the link for the date
    you would like to attend. Wednesday February 28th 10am-12pm. Wednesday March
    20th 10am-12pm. Wednesday April 24th 10am-12pm.
 6. Surrogate Court E-Filing Training Sessions
    Monthly FREE 2-hour CLE Sessions are offered for attorneys, attorney's staff
    and unrepresented litigants. To register please click the link for the date
