BORIS OTTO

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Boris Otto is director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Software
and Systems Engineering ISST and Professor of Industrial Information Management
at the Technical University of Dortmund. He is Deputy Chairman of the Board of
the Catena-X Automotive Network, a member of the Board of the Gaia-X European
Association for Data and Cloud and the International Data Spaces Association
(IDSA), a member of the Supervisory Board of the European Health Data Alliance
(EDHA) and Coordinator of the EU Data Spaces Support Center.




STEFAAN VERHULST

Stefaan G. Verhulst is the Co-Founder of The GovLab (in New York City) and The
Data Tank (in Brussels). He is also a Research Professor at the Tandon School of
Engineering at New York University, and Editor-in-Chief of the Data & Policy, an
open-access journal by Cambridge University Press; the research director of the
MacArthur Research Network on Opening Governance; Chair of the Data for Children
Collaborative with Unicef; and a member of the High-Level Expert Group to the
European Commission on Business-to-Government Data Sharing.
