APPLICATION CRITERIA

In order to apply for the Spin Club program, the following criteria must be met:

- Be the holder of a validated and active gaming account (not closed, suspended
or deactivated) on Swiss4win;
- Be financially solvent;
- Not be subject to a gambling exclusion, ban or limitation on participation in
games or a lifting of gambling exclusion granted in the last 12 months.

Registration and validation of a gaming account on www.swiss4win.ch is subject
to the following conditions:

- Registration for a gaming account is permitted for adults who have their
habitual domicile in Switzerland and are not subject to a gambling exclusion,
ban or limitation on participation in games.

- Only one gaming account can be registered per person. Account registration
requires acceptance of terms and conditions of the site www.swiss4win.ch and t
privacy policy, which can be consulted via the following links:

Gaming account validation is defined through transmitting and completing the
validation process by Swiss4Win of a valid identity document (Passport, ID card,
driving licence, Swiss account for foreigners B, C, L) as well as proof of
address in Switzerland. If a passport or foreign identity card is presented, a
valid foreigner's permit must be presented for proof of residence together with
a recent utility bill.

Application procedure

To apply the candidate needs to send a Youtube link containing a video in
German, French, Italian or English language while playing to one of more games
exclusively on the Swiss4Win.ch platform (either on the personal game account or
in DEMO mode).

The video must be recorded showing the player in the foreground and sent to the
email address: spinclub@swiss4win.ch using the contact form on this page.

The video must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum duration: 15 minutes;
- Content created by the player and uploaded to their YouTube channel;
- The player must be recorded in the foreground for the entire duration of the
video and may not be filmed together with a person under the age of 18 or
subject to a gambling exclusion, ban or limitation on participation in games
- The player must not be subject to a gambling ban;
- The player must use a language that respects Youtube guidelines;
- The player must be the author of the video and own all rights to its
publications

In the event of selection for the SpinClub programme, Swiss4win will send an
application form by e-mail. The player must duly complete the form in full and
send it to spinclub@swiss4win.ch.

Transfer of rights of use and prohibition of competition

In the event of successful confirmation of participation to the Spin Club
program by Swiss4win, the player agrees to assign the complete rights to use the
relevant video material to Swiss4Win and not to cooperate with other casinos and
online gaming platforms in Switzerland for a period of 6 months starting from
the date of the collaboration confirmation (of participation in the Spin Club
program).

Selection process

The selection is based on the evaluation of the video sent, in particular the
following will be measured:

- Content quality;
- Communication skills of the player;
- Creativity;
- Informative and entertaining content

CONFIRMATION OF ASSIGNMENT AND TERMS OF COOPERATION

After receiving the application form and video, Casinò Lugano will examine the
application.

The selected players will receive a 30-day (renewable) confirmation of
collaboration via e-mail by participating in the Spinclub program.
As long as the player participates in the program and provides what is requested
of him in these regulations, he will be entitled to a compensation of CHF 500 +
VAT (where applicable) per month. This amount is payable within the first days
of the month following participation in the program.

The videos of the selected players will be published in a dedicated section of
the Swiss4win.ch website and on the Spinclub Youtube channel. It should be noted
that they may be used for Swiss4win's online and offline promotions for a period
of 12 months after receipt of the video.

Participation in the program requires the submission, within 30 days of
confirmation of the engagement, of at least 4 post-produced video contents or a
video stream in German, French, english or Italian in which the player carries
out a video session playing exclusively one or more games on the Swiss4Win.ch
platform (with his/her personal gaming account or in DEMO mode). The first
submission must be made within 7 days after confirmation of cooperation.

The video must satisfy the following requirements:

- Minimum length: 15 minutes for a YouTube video, 30 minutes for a stream;

- Content created by the player and uploaded to their own Youtube channel in
private mode ("unlisted");

- The player must be filmed in person throughout the duration of the video and
may not be filmed together with other persons unless previously authorised by
Swiss4Win by requesting a copy of the identity document of the persons in
question;

- The player must not be subject to a gambling ban or limitation;

- The player must use correct language that respects the guidelines of Youtube.

All video material must be viewed and accepted in advance by Swiss4Win and may
only be made public on Youtube or other channels if approved by Swiss4Win, by
means of an authorisation e-mail. The participant undertakes not to publish the
content before approval.

The participant agrees for the entire duration of the cooperation and in the 12
months following its termination not to publish material containing references
to Swiss4win or any gambling experiences on Swiss4win.ch unless these have been
expressively approved by Swiss4win. Furthermore, the participant must refrain
from any form of communication which could be considered inappropriate,
aggressive, or deceptive within the meaning of the Swiss Gaming Act (LGD) and
the Swiss Gambling Ordinance (OGD).

The assignment has a fixed term of 30 days. Upon expiry of the term of the
assignment, it may be renewed unilaterally by Swiss4Win before or within 7 days
of the termination with a written confirmation sent to the participant by
e-mail. Any form of tacit or automatic renewal is excluded.

GENERAL TERMS

Casinò di Lugano with its online platform swiss4win.ch (hereinafter Swiss4win)
offers the possibility of cooperation within the Spin Club program.

Providing the publication and sharing both online and offline of informative and
entertaining contents of gaming experience on www.swiss4win.ch aimed to grant
the influencers CHF 500 + VAT on a monthly base (where applicable).

By applying to the contest or joining the Spin Club program, the applicant
unconditionally and fully accepts the rules and clauses contained in these Terms
without any limitation, and agrees to be contacted by Swiss4Win (i.e. surveys or
feedbacks).

Swiss4Win.ch reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program temporarily
or permanently. Any changes will be communicated to the participants and will
take effect from the next monthly deadline. Should the participants not agree
with the proposed changes, they are entitled to terminate the contract on the
monthly expiry date.

Only persons of legal age (over 18) who are not subject to any gambling ban,
limitation on participation in games or exclusion from gambling pursuant to the
Swiss Gaming Act (LGD) and Swiss Gaming Ordinance (OGD) are entitled to apply
and participate in the Spin Club program.
