Above and beyond
I recently posted a negative review because of a hiccup in my order but I must
say Erica di loreto went above and beyond to rectify the situation! I can

Keine Lieferung
Habe am 05.Februar einen Luftbefeuchter bestellt. Der Kaufpreis wurde sofort
abgebucht, geliefert wurde bis Heute nicht!!! Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert!!
Nach diesen Erfahrungen kann ich von einer Bestellung bei diesem Unternehmen nur
abraten!!!

I purchased a lighter for $135.99 with a lifetime warranty and returned it after
a year. I promptly received a replacement but it didn’t work. I sent it in and
got another one that worked for a while and then I returned it to. I haven’t
heard back now for a year. I could have had 20 bic’s . My advice is buy from
someone who will stand by their products

Patriotic Humidor
I purchased one of these for the son of a friend who had just graduated from
West Point in June. It was sensational and a very big hit. I have to admit when
I saw it I wanted on for myself. I thought about this and now with my own it
will remind me of this young lieutenant every time I open it and smoke a cigar.
I served in the Army many years ago as well (Vietnam Veteran-173rd Airborne
Brigade) and am intrigued by boxes that honor Old Glory. The last time I tried
to order one after the mentioned graduation you were out of stock. So now I am
delighted that I will have my own and savor the memories it will provide.
