DEHUMIDIFIERS

They are more than just A/C! We've used Griffin in the past and continue with
our A/C and have always had excellent service, this time it was for Plumbing and
we are just as pleased! Excellent communication from both the office and the
techs! This is an addition to previous post as we had a plumbing emergency
today, was handled within hours and as always we are pleased with the service.
We have now also used them for Electrical work and are quite happy to have found
a one-stop shop with professionals for all our household needs!There's not much
that I could add to this post other than the continued excellence in
communication & service; I'd not expected that the "program/algorithm, whatever"
would put me back into previous post.This time it was A/C not working; lol last
day of summer & Holiday weekend (of course - at least it wasn't Sunshine & feels
like 107!) We opted & chose to wait 1 more day & not pay the "Holiday
Fee"Honestly; on Labor Day I had only thought I'd get voicemail or the new AI
/off-site and/or off shore response; but no, real person ready to send someone
same day with clear communication, options and resulted on a 50% less "come out
charge" fully applied to invoice when we accepted & did repair with them.We've
done business with Griffin over 6 years now, they have always been timely, and
clear in their communication and pricing. So far we have never been

Had Griffin replace entire HVAC with a new one. Apparently novice did not do
condensation drip line out and we've had it fill with water twice in a year
which subsequently spills onto floor or seeps by molding into my kitchen leaving
an unsafe walki g area for my handicapped wife.This is 2nd time calling to fix
same issue on a BRAND NEW Amana system. Filter changed monthly and chemical
flush of drain pipe done to prevent that slime residue from.building up. I
regret going with Griffin. Guess many remain silent or just got lucky as our
home is barely 12 yrs old .
