While COVID19 restrictions have been relaxed, the virus is still active in the
community. All visitors to our clinic are asked to continue with the wearing of
a mask for consultations with our doctors and nurse. This is in the interests of
protecting you and our staff. Please understand that we cannot provide masks for
you and continue as a bulk-billing clinic. Masks are available individually or
in packs from the Ramsay Pharmacy next door. Thank you for understanding.
If you are displaying any respiratory symptoms at all, please do not enter the

Quality Family Care Clinic is an accredited general practice, we have been
caring for our patients since 14 August 2001. Our Mission Statement is offering
quality care by way of applying the bio-psychosocial and environmental paradigm
of general medicine, best practice guidelines, and thirdly, being proactive.


TEST RESULTS

Test results require an appointment with your doctor. Your doctor will ask you
to return for the results of a test rather than telephone.

State reminder systems.

HOME VISITS


Home and residential aged care facility visits can be made if you live within
10km of the practice and are too sick to come to the practice.
A home visit can be arranged at a convenient time, usually during the doctor’s
lunch break or at the end of their session. It is best to phone early in the day
if you require a home visit.
You will be informed if fees apply.

Your health record is a confidential document. Our practice policy is to
maintain protection of your personal health information at all times and to
ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
Please ask for our Patient Privacy Brochure for further information on your
