currants, spring flowers, and graphite, with some subtle chocolaty oak and spice developing with time in the glass. While this cuvée was first made in 2010, it's only been 100% Cabernet Franc twice, once in 2015 and now in 2016. All
about elegance and complexity, this perfectly balanced, layered wine is a tour de force in Cabernet Franc that will stand up with the greatest examples of this variety out there.
