and homes throughout Iowa since 1975. Over the years we have added coffee
service, coffee brewing systems, coffee delivery, water treatment systems,

would recommend to anyone. Great habit to start early with kids, our kids love

I wish I could offer a more favorable review of Crystal Clear Water, but my
experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The situation was exacerbated
by our interactions with a customer service representative named Shelby. Rather
than providing solutions or even basic empathy, Shelby directed my husband to
seek services from a competitor.The absence of compassion or a willingness to
resolve our issues was shocking! A customer service representative is often the
face of the company, and in this case, Shelby's attitude reflected very poorly
on Crystal Clear Water as a whole.Telling a customer to go elsewhere is not only
bad business but also reveals a significant lack in customer relations skills.
Given the array of options for water services, this experience has made it
abundantly clear that we should look elsewhere for our needs. I strongly
recommend potential customers consider this lack of professionalism and empathy

We were having issues getting deliveries from another distributor in town. Being
a business on well water duting a drought, it is very important that we have
drinking water available. Crystal Clear has been amazing at actually showing up
every week to ensure we have everything we need. So nice to work with a company
who delivers on what they promise!

I have never written a review before but this place definitely deserves it! I
called in on a Friday afternoon because our cooler had been acting up and they
went above and beyond to come out and replace the cooler. The lady on the phone
and the gentleman who brought the cooler were both excellent and could not have
been kinder!

This company gives me great products and great, friendly service! I have so many
good things to say about this business upon which I rely so much.I started using
them for delivery about 15 years ago, when I was in a town home. I don't get
huge amounts of the 5 gallon water bottles for the stand or the hot/cold
dispenser, or their other products, but I go through a fair amount, since water
is my main drink of choice. They have always been very acomodating to me,
helping me set up delivery and pickup times, and servicing or replacing the
hot/cold unit the couple of times it was not working properly.Jodie, Sarah, and
the others helped me arrange an "under the sink" reverse osmosis water filtering
system, which I was thankfully able to take with me when I moved four years ago.
It was re-installed with care as always, and between it and two other ways I
have to use their water, I am ready for almost anything! At my current
residence, Zack, my delivery man, is very friendly and polite.... He knows my
back is bad, so he is always willing to offer to put the bottles where they need
to be so I do not have to lift the 40-45 pound bottles myself.Everything about
Crystal Clear is quality and well done and organized. Their prices are also
fair, IMO. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a good water
delivery company or the products they have to offer, which are many!read more

I’ve been using Crystal Clear water delivery services for around a year for my
office. I love the convenience of having both room temp and hot water ready
whenever it’s wanted! The process to start the service was incredibly easy! I’ve
had positive interactions with every employee both in person and on the phone.
They’re professional, friendly and the customer service is 5-star worthy (which
is sometimes hard to find)!

Crystal Clear has been serving our office for several years. They are always
prompt with deliveries and the staff are great to work with. The water is great
quality with a great price! I'd also like to note that Crystal Clear has been
very supportive of my children's elementary school. They have twice donated
empty water jugs for fundraising activities that benefit the students and staff
at the school. Thank you Crystal Clear for being a great company that offers

We moved into a rental house this year while we build and the water tasted
horrible! We ordered Crystal Clear water and it's amazing! The hot/cold cooler
fits in easily and all of us are drinking more water because it's handy and it
tastes great! Wonderful customer service as well!

We’ve been using Crystal Clear for 7 years now and absolutely love it. Our
family drinks more water, thanks to our 5-gallon unit. The water tastes great
and is nicely chilled. Delivery is always timely, customer service is solid, and
pricing is fair. Definitely recommend!

I've had Crystal Clear water bottle service for about 3 years now. They make it
effortless with automatic billing and payments. The drivers have always been
friendly, and very flexible when I needed to adjust how many bottles we need.
And they don't pressure you to use one of their dispensers.Prices are very
reasonable, especially considering its delivered right to you. Most importantly,
the water tastes great!

I love home delivery of Crystal Clear Water. Recycling is good, but these
containers get sanitized and re-used, which is better, and they pick them up so
I don't have to deal with taking anything to a recycling location. The water
tastes great, unlike the notorious West Des Moines water. No clogging up my
coffee maker with minerals from hard water. Delivery is so convenient,
especially in the winter when I don't want to brave the snow. The man who
delivers my water is helpful and efficient. Automatic payments. No downside at
all. I'm grateful to have this great water and great service.

This is a great company! The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. I live
on the 3rd floor and it's a life saver to have it delivered to my door. They are
able to be flexible with my needs for more or less water each month. The billing
is convenient and the price is too!

Crystal Water delivery to my front door was awesome! they run regular specials
and send them right to my inbox so I can choose to add them to my order ahead of
time. the billing is convenient and also comes to my inbox :) the staff is super
friendly and answers my questions in a timely manner

Easy, reliable, and always friendly!I love that I no longer have to load and
