The Digital Infrastructure Investment Summit is the climax of Di4’s activities.
The Di² Summit gathers the players discussing Digital Infrastructure
requirements and investments for future competition and economic growth.

PROGRAMME

The Di² Summit gives you plenty of opportunity for expanding you network and to
discuss investment opportunities!
The Main Event is our Workshop Day on Tuesday, September 13th in Frankfurt. You
can listen to Expert Keynotes and participate in small interactive Workshops to
discuss investment opportunities and current trends in digital infrastructure
and digitalization.

Additionaly you can join us on September 12th for a Pre-Event Dinner at the
Ristorante Tridico in Frankfurt.
And for our Di² Summit ernthusiasts we offer an additional day on September 13th

So much to talk about, so little time… This is why we decided to offer an
additional exclusive 1-day workshop* in a relaxing atmosphere at an offsite
country Hotel between vineyards and the Rhine.

This day offers the opportunity for an in depth discussion concerning the topic
Data Centers and Edge Computing. The Goal is to promote an open discussion with
little set Programm.

The Workshop Title is:

“LOCAL DATA CENTERS – LOCAL FIBER NETWORKS: ADDED VALUE THROUGH INTEGRATION?”

 
The following questions will be discussed:
 
 * What role do edge data centers play as integral components of the digital
   infrastructure in the expansion of 5G and fiber optic networks?
 * How can both asset classes be sensibly combined?
 * Hyperscalers and low latency requirements: Do we need more investments in a
   regionally distributed data center infrastructure?
 * The Homes Passed Deception: Has the Market Undervalued the Importance of
   Businesses Connected?
