     A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY IN HANOI.
     
     If you want to have a good vacation with your family, and you do not want
     to queu long lines at airport for checking, and suffer a crowded flight (of
     course crowded airport), you might think of JW Marriott. You just pack some
     convenient clothes, put them in package, call a taxi and your family can
     have a faboulous vacation at JW Marriott. Of course, don't forget to book
     the room and buffett in advance cause they might be fully booked by the
     time you arrived without any advance booking. You will love the
     environment, the atmostphere and the food at JW Marriott. You will have a
     wonderful time with your family members and save lots of time for
     travelling on the road.

     URBAN OASIS IN THE HEART OF HANOI
     
     This property is located about a half hour from Hoan Kiem lake. Built on
     its own lake, it is both modern and luxurious. A true resort with multiple
     upscale restaurants and an Executive Lounge. It has nice views all around,
     rooms are spacious and well-executed, the pool and spa areas are also very
     relaxing and great to spend time in. Overall a wonderful place to unwind
     after a long day in the city!

     조용하고 영감을 얻을 수 있는 건강한 투숙
     
     베트남 출장을 위해 투숙하게 되었습니다.
     호텔은 도심에 있음에도 비교적 조용한 곳에 위치해 있었고, 주변의 공원과 자체 산책로가 너무 좋은 곳입니다.
     아침에 조식 서비스에 놀라지 않을 스 없었는데.. 조식 뷔페가 기대했던 것보다 너무 훌륭했기 때문입니다.
     외국인으로서 호텔 주변으로 편의 시설이 접근하기가 어려운 점이 있지만 조용한 곳을 원한다면 더 없이 좋은 장소라고 생각합니다.

     I got myself a redemption for their deluxe club room and the room was
     fantastic. I like their kaldewei bathtub and overall room design. The hotel
     looks even better at night when the lights are turned on. Everyone is so
     polite here and they will greet you xin chao everytime they see you. The
     lounge offering cocktails and canape is better and it has more Korean food
     varieties too. You can even have ramyeon on request. The service at the
     club lounge was spectacular and please keep up the good work!
     
     It was also easy to hail a grab from JW Hanoi to the Old Quarters. We had
     breakfast at the JW Cafe and the allocation of tables is not very ideal. It
     was not nice to come back to an assigned table being taken. The gap between
     the host/ess and waiter/ress has to be improved. If not then just change it
     to free seating to avoid such mishaps in the future. I addressed this issue
     immediately with Thoa the duty manager and appreciate Lauro the F&B
     director for addressing it. I will consider JW Hanoi on my next trip.

     POOR SERVICES: JW MARRIOT HANOI
     
     Hotel temperature was set at cold (25 Celsius) every morning. Lazy or
     irresponsible service staff that misleads you on what’s closed or open in
     the name of “stating positive”. Not a good stay at all. One person says
     this, the other says that.

     WE WILL NOT STAY OVER ANY HOLIDAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
     
     If the venues are fully booked then there is very little going on in nearby
     area since the hotel is far from the Hanoi center. Staying two nights over
     New Year Eve was a mistake. The jazz club is fully booked by outside
     customers and stay-in guests have not much else to do. Front desk staff
     never asks about our experience when checking out and door staffs never
     offer to help with our luggage. We've stayed in this hotel several times
     over the years, the facilities including restaurants remain in good shape
     but the service has gone down.

     A MODERN JW OUT OF THE CITY CENTER
     
     Shuttle can be more frequent and offer return service. Bathroom ceiling
     lights fixed after 2 times which also has room for improvement. Breakfast
     is superb with many choices. Suite is spacious with nice view but can use
     some window cleaning. Staff is welcoming.
