HOW TO STOP DOCUSIGN FROM REQUIRING A SIGNATURE FROM THE SENDER
Hello, I’m guessing that there is a way to specify that the sender doesn’t need
to sign an envelope, but I’m not seeing where to specify that. There is another
member of our organization who is added a recipient who will sign, but we don’t
both need to sign. Thanks!

Hello, I am receiving this error on a French Gov site, which I need to
electronically sign a document.error I am getting:------------------------Your
signature is not valid: The summary was signed with a foreign certificate
outside the EU and whose certification authority is not present among those
defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Your signature is therefore not considered
valid since we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used
among the eIDAS trusted lists. We invite you to contact your signature provider
in order to have a compliant

signers. I have done a test send and the recipient does not have the option to
Print and Sign. Is there any settings that we need to activate? or any way to

were not part of the envelope, should the certificate of completion be sent
together with the signed document or not ? Does sending it pose a security risk
in any way shape or form, given that some personal information is written in it,

If someone sends me a document to sign, how can I see who else is being
requested to sign and where their signature is required? I want to be sure the
correct people are being requested to sign a document, and that their signature

ISSUE WITH UNCLICKABLE SIGNATURE BUTTON IN FOCUS VIEW ON DOCUSIGN
Hello, I am encountering an issue with the "focus view" feature on DocuSign.
When I click "Next" to go to the signing location, part of the signature button
becomes unclickable (an interdiction icon appears). However, when I navigate to
this button using the scroll bar, this issue does not occur. To better
illustrate the problem, I have attached a GIF showing this behavior. Could you
please explain why this happens and how to resolve it? Thank you in advance for

FRAUDULENT SIGNED DOCUMENT IN MY ACCOUNT MARKED "COMPLETED"
I received an email claiming I completed a Docusign document with an invoice for
$399.69, AND the “completed” document is IN MY ACCOUNT, marked as “completed”
even though I never signed it!! I reported the email as spam and flushed it from
my system. I want to report the fraudulent document, but in following the
instructions on the “how to report fraud” page, I am unable to get to a place
that offers “Report Abuse” via any link available in connection to that
FRAUDULENT completed document. I have sent 2 separate complaints to the
security@docusign.com reporting address, and 1 separate complaint to the
spam@docusign address, as directed on your website. I have heard NOTHING and
this FRAUDULENT “completed” document remains in my account register. It is
EXTREMELY alarming that a fraudulent document was processed by Docusign and is
sitting in my account and nothing is being done about it. I need to know if my
account is compromised. I need to know what is being done about this actual

Hello, In DocuSign, I have unchecked the "Notify me when an envelope is
completed" box in the email preferences for signers. However, the recipient
still receives an email after signing that says: "All parties have completed
«document’s subject»". How can I stop this email from being sent? Thank you in

INITIAL INSTEAD OF ACTUAL SIGNATURE
My client accidentally used their initials for their signature. I have opened up
a several new envelopes so that they could actually sign the documents with
their actual name instead of their signature. However, DocuSign will not allow
for their initials to be changed to an actual signature. I even sent an envelop
to another email address to see if that would work but sadly it did not work.
How do I fix this problem? I pay $300/year for my plan. Will my current plan
allow me to fix this problem?

DOCUSIGN DOCUMENTS DON'T SHOW UP IN GOOGLE INBOX
Sender has sent me several loan documents to e-sign, but none of the emails
showed up in my Google inbox. I have checked spam and safe senders. My email
address they used is ok. Nothing bounced back to their end. I also tried to
access my DocuSign account but they would not accept the access code. On the
other hand, my wife got hers ok in her Yahoo email inbox. So it has to be the
Google server or DocuSign does not cooperate with Google???

I HAVE SIGNED BUT THE "CONTINUE' BUTTON WON'T WORK.
I have signed but the ‘Continue’ button takes me to this message: “You haven't
quite finishedYou haven't yet signed your agreement. We'll remind you again
later.” Then it suggests I press the “Review’ button again in the initial email,
which I do. This takes me back in and clearly shows my signature and date in the
form. There are no active flags to be able to re-sign. The form is complete. I
press Continue again and get the same message. This happened after the initial
Signature which I customised to my own signature. Then it said I could check the
document in Docusign. I clicked on that intending to print the form, which took
me to the Docusign login. I logged in with password and code which brought up
some weird stuff which looked like it was for the sender rather than the
recipient, but no form for me to review. I logged out of Docusign thinking I
would try to print from the email instead. Then got the ‘You haven’t finished’
message. EDIT: My partner just messaged me to say he also

OPENING A DOCUMENT FOR SIGNING NOT POSSIBLE - UNKNOWN ERROR
I would like to sign a document, but clicking the email link gives me an unknown
error. The alternative method using the security code also gives me the same
“unknown” error. I’ve checked the correct matching account emial, like twenty +
times to make sure, this is not a typing issue. Still, this all is not working
and there is no relevant error code. This s+++ks soo much. I’m a first time user
and 100% disappointed, but the functionality, the help topics, that don’t help
and on top, the help form, that is buggy and the send button is disabled, even
the form is filled completely (only by me changing topics around helped to work
around this). So, this is a wasteland of whatever you gyus try to do here. The
industry standard has progressed so much further, since you last visited your
entire service and help workflow. I feel just lost entirely and have no words
how bad this is comparte to what most of the other companies in world provide at
this point in time.

CREATING ENVELOPE FOR SIGN
I am working on a web app project where I have to create contract based on form
data (user input), then from the backend side i have a html template in which,
I’m putting the contract details and creating a PDF then using the DocuSign
library to create and send envelope to user for the signature. Questions: As we
know that the starter plan starting at $50 for 40 envelopes/month, that means i
can only create 40 envelope in a month? What if user does not sign the document
(will it be counted) ? Currently, I am creating envelope using a HTML template
each time whenever new contract created. Is there any way to minimize the
process ?

users cc’d and was supposedly signed by me. I never received an invitation to
sign this document which appears to be part of a scam. Should I delete it or

The final signer of a document had a change to their title, so now their title
on the document needs to be revised. Is it possible to edit the document now to
reflect this person’s title change, even though other people have already signed
this document? If so, can I make this change as the sender, or can they do this

I sent a document for signature to someone that used to have a paid Docusign
license account. When they try to sign, it tells them they no longer have access
to Docusign Prod. It seems like Docusign remembers they had a licensed account
before but it’s not active so it won’t let them sign. How do you fix this so
they can sign as if they didn’t have a Docusign account?
