Merle Heckman, Ed.D.
Master Trainer and Consultant, Dale Carnegie

Dr. Merle Heckman is a Master Trainer and Consultant for Dale Carnegie in
Cincinnati, Kentucky, and southern Indiana. He has worked in and with safety
professionals over the last 27 years. In his career, Merle has worked in
manufacturing, public housing, transportation and logistics, education, and
nonprofit endeavors.

Jacqueline Handy MBA, CHST
Business Advancement Manager, Board of Certified Safety Professionals

Jacqueline Handy MBA, CHST is the Business Advancement Manager for the Board of
Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), where she works to promote the value and
recognition of safety certification and accreditation. With over seven years of
experience in the transportation industry at the New York City Transportation
Authority and ten in the construction safety sector, Jacqueline has developed a
unique skillset through field work and management on infrastructure projects.
