eFleets Mobile offers exceptional functionality to enhance fleet savings and
simplify the everyday driving experience.


eFleets Mobile integrates with EFM’s existing platforms to ensure drivers have
what they need whether they’re in the office or on the road. Once the driver
downloads and signs into the app, key information and important notifications
will be easily accessible 24/7.


HOW TO GET ACCESS TO THE MOBILE APP 

 * Add drivers from the client portal: login.efleets.com.
 * Access the driver profile screen and click on "Mobile Access."
 * Once added, the driver will receive an automatic email with a username and
   password.
 * Anyone can download the free app from the app store.




The eFleets mobile app is your drivers' on-the-go resource for the information
they need, wherever they go. Our experience has proven that mobile access
improves driver compliance with fuel, maintenance and mileage reporting
programs. 



YOU AND YOUR DRIVERS CAN EASILY: 

 1. Log and track mileage, so your client dashboard data is always up to date.
 2. Locate the nearest preferred maintenance facilities, ensuring they receive
    timely service from preferred vendors. 
 3. Access maintenance and insurance cards wherever they are, so cards are never
    misplaced or lost. 
 4. Find the cheapest fuel nearby.
 5. Check pooled vehicles in or out, streamlining the process for drivers and
    managers.
