An amendment with respect to Business Responsibility Reporting in SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 introducing the Business
Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting has impacted the top 1000 listed
companies and their operations in various ways. This amendment is making the
existing sustainability reporting to be more expansive and inclusive and adding
more layers of record maintenance on the companies.

ESG parameters are very important factors that key stakeholders take into
consideration today during their interactions with a company. We understand that
MCA, through its BRSR report, has suggested to extend the BRSR reporting mandate
to unlisted companies as well which are not doing any kind of sustainability
reporting currently. Thus, to help these Companies in knowing how they can gear
up to meet the regulatory requirement, Lexplosion Solutions is hosting an
Interactive Session on Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report –
Future of Environmental, Social and Governance compliances in India where we
will take insight from Industry experts to understand the impact of these Rules
and the way forward.

Key Highlights for the Session:

 * Discussion on the comprehensive ESG framework implemented in India along with
   the journey of BRSR in India.
 * Fundamentals of BRSR reporting and the comparison of BRSR Comprehensive v.
   BRSR Lite version.
 * Discussing the challenges faced while filling up BRSR report and the possible
   solutions.

The BRSR discussion is of 35 minutes, followed a panel discussion for 25 mins.
In the panel we have Industry experts like Saloni Fadnis of Asian Paints and
Gaurang Shah of Ajanta Pharma Ltd. sharing their insights on these rules and
understanding the best practices. It is followed by a live Q&A round.
