Routing Specialist - Mobile Intelligence




How you’ll go beyond: 📈




 * Monitoring number information quality and response over the different
   connections to suppliers
 * Coordinate with suppliers, partners and internal staff, particularly with the
   Mobile Intelligence Team
 * Analyse and investigate the root cause of number lookup failures.
 * Verify and approve Mobile Intelligence platform releases and work with QA on
   performance testing.
 * Proactively perform quality improvement tasks and cost reduction tasks
 * Configuring and maintaining MNP database setup
 * Address customers and suppliers professionally to ensure the development of
   the relationship
 * Support customers and administer account set up and maintenance
 * Actively seeks to promote a healthy team environment so as to maintain and
   increase overall team morale and individual team members' job satisfaction.
 * Cooperate with other teams regarding new product launching and force
   connectivity expertise to provide quicker realisation of given goals.
 * Provides regular and constructive feedback and coaching to other colleagues
   




What you bring to the table: 📋




 * High communication skills when dealing with suppliers and colleagues
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 * Knowledge of SQL language (bonus)
 * Analytic approach to technical problem solving in a dynamic environment
 * Perfect time planning and prioritization capabilities
 * Team dedication
 * Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
