Digital Research, Innovation, Validation & Experimentation (DRIVE)
TACG is a member of the “DRIVE – Digital Research, Innovation, Validation &
Experimentation,” consortium. DRIVE is being executed by the Ohio Aerospace
Institute (OAI) in collaboration with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL),

FDA - CYBERSECURITY, DIGITAL ENTERPRISE, LMS

FDA (Cybersecurity, Digital Enterprise, LMS): TACG provided technical and
management services to develop and execute system security authorization for the
FDA in compliance with FISMA, HHS, OMB, NIST 800 series guidance, and FIPS,
strengthening the FDA's information security posture against cyber threats. TACG
implemented innovative strategies for performing 150+ security systems annually
and identifying and controlling 100+ reportable systems, such as the POA&M
management strategy and metrics, Integrated Master Schedule, and FISMA grading
scale, which resulted in a reduction of vulnerabilities and 100% FISMA
Compliance for 24 consecutive months, including High-Value Assets and Cloud
Systems. Our services included Security Assessment & Authorization, Governance &
Risk, Compliance (GRC), Security Policy Establishment, Compliance Documentation
Support, and Cybersecurity Analytics to enhance the program and expand awareness
and collaboration within the FDA.

to support the deployment of fully operational material solutions, including
Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis and Planning Execution (ESCAPE) and Maintenance
Repair and Overhaul initiative (MROi). Our team worked to ensure the startup of
deployment activities, data engineering, data analytics, data science, natural
language processing (NLP), functional testing, site readiness, and software
development delivery processes, including identifying Bounded User Requirements
(BUR), functional requirements, and functional review board (FRB) activities. We
authored and maintained the BUR deliverables, including the Service Reference
Model (SRM), Data Reference Model (DRM), and Materiel Solution Implementation
Plan (MIMP), providing business process modeling and requirements traceability.
MROi and ESCAPE will support CBM+ processes and provide extensive base data for
analysis.
