Make the most of your DiSC profile by registering it on the Catalyst™ platform!
 
Catalyst™ is a personalized platform used by American Fidelity that makes DiSC
applicable to your work at AF by connecting your DiSC profile with fellow
Colleagues.
  
The system allows you to: 
 * Compare DiSC styles and gain tips for more effective interactions 
 * Easily navigate through the platform to view comparisons, actionable tips and
   more 
 * Adapt to the unique needs of each person and situations you encounter in real
   time 

To move your DiSC profile to Catalyst™, simply contact Tammy Overholt and she
will help you complete the process.

Those interested can also attend one of two DiSC Catalyst Virtual Overview
sessions to learn more about how you can put DiSC to work for you and how to
easily move your information into Catalyst™.
