GSA PERSONAL PROPERTY REPORTING TOOL (PPRT)

The Personal Property Reporting Tool (PPRT) is the data collection platform used
to collect several agency reports on certain transactions involving Federal
personal property. These reports are required by law or regulation. Please see
FMR Bulletin B - 27 for a description of these reports. The PPRT facilitates the
collection and reporting of these specific agency reports:

* The non-federal recipients (data) report - This is found in the NFRD module.
This annual report captures transactions where Federal property is provided
to a non-Federal recipient, typically through EO 12999 transfer (Computers
for Learning), donations, or sales.

* The exchange/sale (data) report - This is found in the ESD module. This
annual report summarizes transactions conducted under the exchange/sale
authority at FMR 102-39.

* eFAS reports - Only agencies designated as an eFAS Sales Center, or granted a
waiver by GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy, are authorized to sell
Federal property. As part of the eFAS program, these Sales Centers are
required to report their sales activity quarterly.
