WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

Simply stated, this means we pick up the phone when you call.  Our
highly-trained team can most likely answer any question or solve any problem you
have right then. No wait, no delays.

WE AVERAGE A 7.5-DAY TURN TIME IN MOST CASES.

Speed is vital when it comes to the appraisal management process. Our turn-times
range between seven and nine days.

WE CHARGE A FLAT FEE WITH NO INCREASE.

We understand lenders’ frustrations when an AMC upcharges the appraisal fee for
what appears to be a non-unique property. We believe in minimizing issues first
and maximizing profits second.
For 98% of our orders, we do not increase fees after our initial quote to the
lender, even if the appraiser increases the fee mid-process.

WE REMOVE THE LOAN OFFICER FROM THE COLLECTION PROCESS.

Our advanced system is set up to process the appraisal payment directly from the
buyer.  This way, we remove the loan officer from the collection process.

We understand that knowledge of the area is key to getting a more accurate
appraisal.  Many AMC’s autogenerate an appraisal request to random appraisers in
the area. 

We hand-select our appraisal panel based on their knowledge of the proximity,
history of pulling accurate comps, and record of revisions.
