DR. ERIK VOLKERINK

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Dr. Erik H. Volkerink was the former CTO of $30B Flex, which employs over
200,000 professionals, and a former consulting professor of Stanford. He served
as C-level officer of 3 public companies and was involved in three $1B+
transactions including one IPO. He holds an EE PHD from Stanford and a MBA from
Wharton. Previously he served as the Chief Business Officer of Heptagon (sold to
ams AG in 2017), Chief Executive Officer of RF Digital Corporation (sold to
Heptagon), Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Interface Technologies (sold to RF
Digital Corporation), Chief Technology Officer of Verigy (IPO and subsequently
sold to Advantest), and Chief Technology Officer of Advantest (where he founded
the SSD business unit which became the third business group of Advantest).
Additionally, he served as the Founder and President of the Dutch School Silicon
Valley and Test Vision 2020.


DR. AJAY KHOCHE

Chief Technology Officer and Founder

Dr. Ajay Khoche brings over 20 years of experience in rapid prototyping and mass
production to Trackonomy.

As the founder of Smart Connected Systems—a consulting firm offering IOT design
services—Ajay managed the design, ramp-up, and mass production of new products
for companies ranging in size from small startups to those with revenues in
excess of $25B. His expertise spans the automotive, consumer electronics,
aerospace, and defense industries. Ajay holds over 25 patents, has been
published over 30 times, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University
of Utah.


ALAN GERSHENHORN

President

Alan joined Trackonomy as its President in December of 2018, coming from United
Parcel Service where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial
Officer.

In his 38 years at UPS, Alan led and participated in numerous transformational
strategies helping reshape the company from a $3.3B US-centric, small package
and ground delivery company to a $65B leader in global logistics and supply
chain solutions. In his role as EVP and COO, he directed strategy, M&A,
marketing, sales, e-commerce, product development, government affairs, and key
growth strategies across the enterprise. He also led and oversaw the
acquisition, integration and ongoing operations of Marken and Coyote Logistics.

SCOTT FILLER

Vice President of Marketing

Scott served as the General Manager of Sensing Products at Heptagon before
joining Trackonomy. As Heptagon’s Director of Marketing and Strategy, he led a
comprehensive re-branding effort, significantly increasing the company’s
visibility and industry leadership in just six months. Over the course of six
years at Advantest, Scott developed the product concept, business case, and
marketing strategy for the company’s multi-protocol SSD tester business unit,
which ultimately became Advantest’s third business group.

Scott holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Siegen in Germany, and is a holder of two US patents.


THOMAS HERBST

Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain

Thomas has enjoyed a career spanning over 20 years in international management
with high growth, mature, and cyclical businesses. He has led both operations
and supply chain organizations for multi-billion-dollar, market-leading
companies. Having extensive manufacturing experience, he has managed in-house
manufacturing operations, contract manufacturers and led both outsourcing and
insourcing projects. He has built a career by disrupting mature businesses with
innovative platform solutions.


STEVE ROESER

General Counsel

Overseeing all legal and regulatory matters for Trackonomy Systems, Steve has
advised and represented hundreds of companies on a wide range of transactional
and litigation matters, including corporate, IP/technology, finance, employment,
and commercial real estate. A native of Silicon Valley, Steve holds a J.D. from
Santa Clara University School of Law, a B.A. from University of California at
Santa Barbara, and has been licensed to practice law in the State of California
for 15 years. He is the principal attorney at Roeser Law, PC.


ED GARCIA

Vice President of Technology and Patents

Ed Garcia manages our patent portfolio and has extensive experience across a
vast array of technologies. Ed has seen and worked on virtually every type of
cutting edge technology, including but not limited to: software, computer
hardware, image processing, imaging systems, computer vision, 3D modeling and
analysis, lasers and other light sources, printer technologies, human-machine
interface technologies, realtime communications and collaboration platforms,
semiconductor circuits, devices, processing and packaging, data parsing and
extraction technologies, machine learning technologies, blockchain, smart
contracts, and medical devices. Ed holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a
Masters of Science from MIT.
