A primary care physician with a track record of driving successful clinical care transformation, Dr. Schenck is an expert in delivering whole-person, patient-centered care within a team-based setting. Under Dr. Schenck’s leadership, ChristianaCare was the first health system in Delaware to earn certification as a multi-site Patient Centered Medical Home from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Dr. Schenck also has played a significant role during the COVID-19 pandemic, and currently serves as medical director for health system’s virtual COVID-19 practice, monoclonal antibodies COVID-19 treatment program, and virtual COVID-19 recovery clinic. ADAM UPDEGRAFF, DNP, CRNP Clinical Director, Hospital at Home Wellspan Health Adam Updegraff is the Clinical Director for WellSpan’s Continuing Care Services, which includes Remote Patient Monitoring. Adam has been a CRNP with hospitalist experience for over 10 years. His experience, and Doctoral Degree led him to transition to the post-acute space in order to develop Care at Home Programs for WellSpan and enhance remote patient monitoring services, to keep patients healthy in their homes. He loves building new programs that appropriate align patients with the care they need, from the comfort of their home. JENN MANN Sr. Innovation Manager at Healthcare Transformation Lab Massachusetts General Hospital Jennifer Mann is an Innovation Manager with the Healthcare Transformation Lab. Jennifer holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She also holds a Master of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. During her graduate program, Jennifer developed a keen interest in medical device product development and innovation management strategies. Since graduating, she has devoted the focus of her career to bringing innovative healthcare technologies to market and into the hands of patients and caregivers. Prior to joining the Healthcare Transformation Lab, Jennifer worked at a boutique technology consulting firm where she counseled med-tech companies on new product development, innovation strategy, and IP portfolio management. RACHEL MCINTOSH Senior Vice President Clinical Operations Biofourmis Rachel is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Biofourmis and Chief Administrative Officer for Biofourmis Medical Practices. Her experience as a bedside nurse and clinical consultant led her to seek a better way to deliver healthcare to chronically ill patients. Rachel has spent the past 7 years building clinical programs to remotely monitor & manage patients for a seamless clinician and patient experience.
