The Prime Minister’s Office said that Poland is set to “strengthen the debate on regional policy” and its role in building the resilience of regions, cities and rural areas in Europe and OECD countries. Officials say Poland’s standing, both domestically and internationally, will benefit from the event. Referring to the four-year OECD program aimed at reconstructing the country, adopted in 2023, the Prime Minister’s Office stated that it could also reinforce international measures towards the reconstruction of Ukraine.
