PLEASE LOG IN TO YOUR ICIMS TALENT CLOUD TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT

While most of iCIMS' help resources are publicly accessible, this site does
feature some content that you must log in via your iCIMS Talent Cloud to access.
Once logged in, you'll be able to submit and track support tickets, as well as
access and post to the customer Community.

How to log in

To log in to the Community site, begin by logging in to your iCIMS Talent Cloud.

Within your iCIMS Talent Cloud, select the circle with your initials (or profile
picture) on the far right of the menu bar. Then, select Help (highlighted in the
screenshot below). You will then be logged in to the Community site, which will
open in a new tab.

For those who do not have access to the applicant tracking portion of the iCIMS
Talent Cloud, please note this functionality is not yet available. iCIMS is
working hard to give our entire community of customers access to the full
breadth of content on this site by 2021.
