FAQFAQ

 * Can I get on a wheelchair?
   
   There are no elevators or barrier-free restrooms on board, but if you are in
   a wheelchair and have difficulty walking along the stairs on board, the staff
   will assist you when you board or disembark. For safety reasons, we may limit
   the number of vehicles, so if you would like to make a reservation, please
   make an accurate declaration of the number of vehicles. If you do not make a
   request, we will refuse boarding in consideration of your safety.
   For your safety, we ask that each person using a wheelchair must be
   accompanied by a caregiver.

   Please note that wheelchairs on board are not allowed. When the tide is low,
   the stairs of the ramp are steep, making it difficult to lift the wheelchair
   and move. In addition, electric wheelchairs cannot be used due to their heavy
   weight. Please change to a manual wheelchair.
   
   ※ For schedules and time zones when wheelchairs are not availableHerePlease
   confirm.

 * Is there a parking lot? There is no private parking lot for Royal Wing, but
   please use it because the 1st floor of Daishi Bridge International Passenger
   Terminal is publicly-owned parking lot.
   Since there are discount services for passengers on board, please bring your
   parking ticket to the ticket counter at the time of boarding. Other parking
   lots will not be eligible for discount. Also, it can not be used in case of
   full traffic or when traffic regulation by holding peripheral events is
   required. Please check in advance information and have some time in mind.
 * I am concerned about seasickness. Does the ship swing? The inside of Yokohama
   Port is calm and the ship is big, so everyone is comfortable. It may shake
   depending on the sea conditions and weather conditions. Those who are
   vulnerable to vehicles are advised to take anti-sickness medicine in advance.

 * Do you operate even in the rain? Yes, we will operate. Since rain will not
   affect the flight operation, please do not worry.
   However, the sun deck is not designed to prevent rain. Please note.
 * Is there a designation of clothing? There is no dress code (clothes
   designation). Please do not hesitate to board with light clothing such as
   T-shirts and jeans.
   Of course, it is also greatly appreciated that you will dress up and get on
   board. However, there is an event with some dress codes specified. If you
   have a designation please follow the dress code and board.
 * Can I change or cancel my reservation? When should I contact you? If you book
   by phone, you can change or cancel from the My page until 16 o'clock the day
   before the reservation via the Internet by telephone.
   For changes / cancellations after 16:00 on the previous day please be sure to
   call us by phone.
