如何幫助僱主


人才錯配依然是職場的挑戰，有年青僱員表示工作不稱心，部份則因為學歷與工作要求不符而尋尋覓覓，更多的是因為缺乏清晰的人生和事業方向而感到力不從心；而僱主則表示招聘難，挽留人才更難。

2018年Generation香港進行了一項名為「收窄教育與就業之間的缺口 –
香港如何裝備年輕人去面對未來的工作環境？」的研究，並探討了在當時低失業率下，青年和僱主所面對的5個挑戰：

 1. 社會有根深柢固的觀念，認為接受高等教育是成功的唯一途徑
 2. 科技和自動化帶來顛覆性的轉變，但年輕人未及時做好充分的準備
 3. 人才短缺，部分原因在於評估求職者的準則出現錯配
 4. 僱主與僱員的期望並不一致
 5. 在數碼年代，僱主與年輕人的溝通出現困難
