BUILDING OHIO'S MANUFACTURING TALENT PIPELINE TOGETHER

The Ohio Manufacturing Workforce Partnership is a collaboration of workforce
development organizations working to build the pipeline of talent that our
state’s manufacturers need to staff the most in-demand positions.

ABOUT OMWP


OUR PARTNERS

Ohio Manufacturing Workforce Partnership began with a grant project involving
Lorain County Community College, Ohio TechNet and Ohio Manufacturers’
Association, and has grown and evolved into a much broader and collaborative
ecosystem that’s being built throughout Ohio.

Industry partners include:

 * The OMA and its network of endorsed industry sector partnerships.
 * The Ohio Department of Development and the state’s Manufacturing Extension
   Partnerships
 * JobsOhio and its regional affiliates
 * Ohio TechNet and its participating schools and colleges

And all of it guided by industry via the OMA workforce leadership committee.
This small team acts as “staff” to the OMWP.
