My family and I truly appreciated the caring and dutiful assistance LIC provided
after the sudden passing of our baby brother. Rich was great and the gentleman I
encountered when I brought my brother's urn/urn ash jewelry for his cremains was
so kind and patient, unfortunately I don't recall his name. Love that they are
local and treat you as a person. They keep you updated and don't hassle you
about finances. Our family was not prepared for the cost and LIC's fees were one
less thing to stress about. They helped guide us on the process of filing a
death certificate, making copies and it was one less thing our mom had to worry
about. Thank you all. Would recommend 100 percent. God Bless!

places first, which were not good experiences at all! We then contacted LIC
cremations, Rich was wonderful with helping us make arrangements, answering all
of our questions, and timely communication! He was professional, compassionate,
and respectful, and we greatly appreciated the excellent care he gave to our

Highly recommend LIC cremation service. Rich helped me take care of arrangements
for my mom after her very sudden and unexpected passing, and I was very
satisfied with how it all turned out. I live out of state and was worried that
would make cremation difficult or impossible, but he helped me sort out all the
documents virtually with no issues. The price is also unbeatable. I was quoted
as high as 5.3k elsewhere for just a direct cremation, but Rich was able to get
it done for a fraction of that cost and cheaper than any other price I was
quoted. I would not have been able to afford getting it done elsewhere and was
very grateful to find a place that fit my budget - and the low cost didn't even
sacrifice any professionalism or customer service. I also struggle with phone
calls so it was nice to work with someone willing to do most of the
communicating over text. Thank you Rich for helping me navigate this difficult
time!

resting plans for my dad “easy”. The preparation and execution of my dad’s
services were flawless. My father passed in March 2024…it happened so
unexpectedly that I did not know what to do - I only knew that I had to get
plans in place. From hearing quotes as high as $13k with additional costs for
basic things likes memory cards, LIC Cremation was a blessing with their
comprehensive pricing and services! They accepted electronic submissions which
made my life so much easier and “day of”, my dad looked like he was sleeping
