If you miss a live class of this programme, the recording of the same will be
made available within the next 24 hours which you can subsequently access 24X7
for the entire duration of the programme. However, in order to calculate your
attendance requirement for successful completion, only attendance to live
sessions will be considered for calculations.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO SECURE ADMISSION INTO THIS COURSE?

The Program Advisor/Admission Manager at Edureka will do a preliminary
eligibility check with the interested candidates. This may include for initial
scrutiny against specified eligibility criteria like educational qualifications,
years of experience, details of current employment and proficiency in English
amongst others. Once eligibility has been established, qualifying candidates may
register online at edureka.co and proceed to pay the down payment or the full
program fee online. Candidates will also be required to complete a detailed
application form and furnish soft copies of necessary documents for validation
and selection. Candidates will be required to pay the program fee as per the
options chosen by the candidate. If you have any questions about the kind of

All the information and documentation provided by you at the time of enrolment
will be duly verified by Edureka and the Institute and if it is determined that

you may run the risk of forfeiting the fee paid.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT TO SECURE ADMISSION INTO THIS COURSE?

In order to secure admission to this programme, you will be required to submit
soft copies of the following documents

 * Passport size photograph
 * ID proof (Copy of Adhaar card, driving licence , passport or similar)
 * Copy of Degree Certificate or Marksheet of last semester as available
 * Declaration of details of work experience as mandated


WHAT IS THE FEE FOR THIS PROGRAMME?

Indian participants will need to pay Rs.2,00,000 as programme fee. This amount
is inclusive of taxes and so no additional GST will be payable. Participants
residing outside India will be required to pay USD 3500 as programme fees.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FEES FOR THIS PROGRAMME?

The program fee includes your tuition charges for all live and synchronous
sessions, learning materials, case studies, tutorials, simulations and
assessment charges/exam fees as applicable. The program fee also includes a one
of its kind, 6 months long individualized and personalized career support
services offered by Right Management India, is a global leader in Career
Transitioning and Management.


ARE THERE ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS I MAY NEED TO INCUR AS A PART OF THIS
COURSE?

There is a campus visit for programme conclusion and valedictory function, that
may be organized towards the end of the programme. This is optional for
participants. Should you choose to visit the campus at that time, then the
travel and stay related expense as applicable, will need to be borne by you.


IS THERE ANY LOAN OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OPTION THAT I CAN AVAIL OF?

Yes, Edureka has tied up with a financial service providers. Should you require
any assistance with financial loans, our Program Advisor/Admission Manager will
be happy to support you with the guidelines for the same. However, the decision
to grant the loan will depend on the adequacy of documents submitted and will be
at the sole discretion of the respective financing agency/bank. The loan itself
will be based on a mutual agreement exclusively between you and the financing
agency/bank and Edureka will have no role whatsoever in this financing
arrangement between the two parties. In order to proceed with the loan, you will
need to complete your online registration with Edureka, pay the specified down
payment and share the necessary documents for validations.


IS THERE AN EMI PLAN THAT I CAN OPT FOR?

Yes, if your credit or debit card has a payment through EMI option enables, you
can choose an EMI option at the time of paying through your credit or debit
card. We also have other financing options offered through other financial
service providers that you may wish to consider. For more information, reach out
to our Program Advisor/ Admissions Manager.


IF I OPT OUT OF THIS COURSE, WILL I GET A REFUND?

If you choose to opt out of the course with more than 21 days remaining for
course commencement, you may raise the request for the same with our Student
Relationship Manager and you will be eligible to get an appropriate refund post
deduction of a penalty amount Rs.5900 in you are an Indian participants & USD
125 if you are a for foreign participant. You will not be eligible for any
refund if the refund request is received within 21 days or less from course
commencement date.


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THIS COURSE?

Edureka, in partnership with an Institute, where applicable, reserves the right
to cancel courses at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrolments,
trainer indisposition, pandemic related or force majeure events. In the event
that Edureka or the Institute cancels a scheduled course, the participant will
receive full fee refund for the same. All refunds, in such cases, will be
processed within 30 days from intimation of refund approvals by Edureka.


WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY THIS COURSE?

Valid requests for refund of fees on account of cancellation of enrolment by the
participant shall be considered only if such requests are received at least 21
days prior to class start of the programme. On receipt of such valid requests
for refund of fees, the down payment or fee paid shall be refunded after
deducting a penalty of Rs.5000 for Indian participants & USD 125 for foreign
participants. All refunds, in such cases, will be processed within 30 days of
receipt of a valid refund request. In all other cases, no refund shall be made.


CAN I TRANSFER TO A LATER BATCH AFTER I ENROL FOR THIS COURSE?

No, in the normal course, we do not encourage transfers to subsequent batches as
it impacts your learning and career goals. Additionally, batches are monitored
by the institute and are run as per their standards. However, in exceptional &
compelling circumstances, you may raise your concern and transfer request with
your Student Relationship Manager (SRM) who will present your case to the
Institute for approval. You will be eligible to transfer to a subsequent batch
if and only if the request is explicitly approved by the Institute(s). Do note
that such batch transfer requests needs to be made at least 21 days prior to the
commencement of the program.


ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF I TRANSFER TO THE NEXT BATCH?

In the event that your transfer request to a subsequent batch is approved, any
amount paid by you within the current financial year shall be considered as
advance payment towards the next batch. However, you will be required to pay the
following additional charges:

 * A Batch Transfer fee of Rs.5900
 * Differential amount of fees if there is a difference in the program fee
   between the 2 batches
 * Actual costs for tools/simulations/licences or learning materials – as
   determined by the Institute.
 * If the batch transfer request is approved more than one financial year apart,
   only the base fee paid will be considered as advance payment towards the next
   batch. The tax component will not be adjusted towards the applicable for the
   current batch you are being transferred to.


WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO DO THIS COURSE?

You can attend the live classes of this programme using a laptop or desktop with
basic specifications. However, in order to optimize your learning experience we
recommend that you have the following:

 * Internet speed of 1 Mbps minimum (preferable wired connection).
 * Supporting OS – Window 7, Window 8, Widows 10, Safari & Mac OS.
 * Recommended Browser – Google Chrome and Firefox
 * Recommended Device – Laptop or Desktop (Avoid using Mobile or Ipad)
 * Functional web cam, microphone and speaker enabled on your laptop/desktop
 * Latest Adobe flash player should be installed in your system.
