Small and Medium Businesses: We strategically seek to provide solutions for small to medium size businesses that may not have the resources to hire a professional physical security team. We are eager to bring our decades of global experience to provide cost-effective solutions tailored to your needs. Our team can also be your advocate to manage any existing security service providers you are using. This could include KPI/KRI development, due diligence (investigating anomalies, invoicing, monitoring budget burn rate, etc.), and/or the contracting of new services. Strategic Partnership with Consulting Service Providers: We are very open to establishing a collaborative partnership where we provide quality work when your bandwidth is stretched and you aren’t ready to onboard additional FTEs. We can fill that gap as needed.
