attempted sale or servicing of:

 * Accident & Health Insurance
 * Long Term Care Insurance
 * Disability Insurance
 * Fixed Annuities
 * Employee Benefit Plans, Individual Retirement Arrangements, IRAs and KEOGH
   Retirement Plans
 * Variable Products (optional)
 * Mutual Funds (optional)
 * Financial Planning incidental to the sale of the above products

 * Comprehensive coverage for your life insurance, variable product and mutual
   fund business (see Coverage Highlights for more detail)
 * No membership fees - You do not have to have a membership or appointment
 * Quality Carrier - Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company (an admitted carrier
   rated A+ XV by A. M. Best)

Data Breach Coverage is included with a $25,000 sub-limit of liability per Agent

$100,000 Named Insured Per Wrongful Act Limit / $1,000,000 Master Policy
Aggregate Limit for any claim where premium financing is a component.
