2021 Life Assurance Premium Statement for Tax Filing will be available at RAISe
on 18 March 2022. While Annual Statements for Universal Link Plan Statement will
be available by 28 Feb 2022 after 6pm and Investment Link Plan Statement by 28
Feb 2022 in RAISe. Encourage your customer to download Pulse by
Prudential app and link their policy on PRUServices also known as My Coverage.
These annual statements are also available at PRUAccess Plus online portal.

Dear Agency Leaders & Agents,

We are pleased to inform you that the 2021 CP58 statement is now available in
RAISe and PruForce for your income tax submission.

 1. RAISe under Income Statement
 2. PRUForce under Agent Statement

For Agency Leaders, please ensure that you furnish a copy of this CP58 to all
your agents who may not have access to RAISe including those who have been
terminated, retired and also to the deceased beneficiary.

Please be reminded that the responsibility for Income Tax submission, including
the filing of tax returns and make payment of taxes, has been and continues to
rest with the agent or the recipient of the income.
