   If you already have some traffic (couple hundreds of visitors per day), go
   for the 100k/200k pageviews per month plan.
   
   If you have a lot of traffic (1k+ visitors per day), go for 1M+ pageviews per
   month.

 * What happens if I get more pageviews than my plan?
   
   Nothing. I'll just email you to upgrade. If you don't upgrade within 7 days,
   your dashboard will be locked, that's it.

 * Is there a free trial?
