When we finish with a mapping product, we export to PDF to print. However, any
images that are setup with a Shadow lose that shadow in the export. Everything
else in PDF looks fine. Anyone have a fix?

ORGANIZING SHARED WITH ME FOLDER


Can I create subfolders in the “Shared with Me” folder? I have changed teams and
need to archive a number of items that we don’t want to remove my access from.
The option to create a new folder in this section is not available. When I use
the “+New” button, it puts the folder in the “My Documents” section. Any chance
this can be done?

LUCIDCHART CONSISTENTLY SHOWING I'M OFFLINE - UNABLE TO WORK

Hi all Having an issue right now that's preventing me and my folks from getting
some fairly critical work delivered. We're unable to do much of anything for
client-facing materials that we usually export out of LucidChart because it
perpetually says we're offline. When clicking the "Offline" item in the menu bar
it tries to tell my I'm accessing document revisions and I need to purchase a
subscription (I have a paid premium subscription already). Developer mode also
shows a ton of resources 404ing

WEIRD BUG WITH SCALE?


When adding a room, then dragging double doors onto the drawing, the doors
appear in the top left most corner and the entire scale of the drawing is messed
up. To the point it is so far zoomed out, you can no longer see the room you

Hello. I am new to Lucid. I want to know if it is possible to publish a link to
a document in a way that a specific page in the document will be displayed
first. It is not a problem if the other pages are visible/accessible, but what I
want is, when the URL is opened, that a specific page (not necessarily page 1)
will be displayed first. Is that possible? Any help much appreciated.

SWIMLANES SHIFITNG ON FIRING UP A SAVED CHART, AND SHUFFLING THE SHAPES...


Have developed a three column swimlane. Downloads OK to jpg,Ok, Gets scrambled
when I save to Documents and fire it up again. Columns move up half a page but
the shapes don't. When I try to reposition the columns they grab the shapes and
pile them up so they have to be repositioned the hard way. Total p in the a. A4
landscape, vertical lanes . New problem started today, I do heaps of swimlanes
not had this issue before. Any ideas, thanks

JSON RESPONSE


Currently we are using LucidChart for drawing fencing diagrams. We had some
questions about the Json response that we get for Get Document contents. There
is some data that raised a question for us. Our overall fencing diagram through
lucid allows us to drop and drag gates and overall measurements for these fences
and those are pulled in through the api. Some of the gates are showing up as
ERRORS! within the Json response. Also the Lines class within our json response
seems to be connected to these ERROR!. We were wondering if you can provide some
insight on this, I will provide an example snippet of a Json response for a

UML MARKUP DEACTIVATE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY


The activate and deactivate does not work properly in UML Markup if the
deactivate comes after a self call. You can check with below code. Alice ->

macro in Confluence. I always get an error message when prompted to login. How
