FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Order Delivery Time:
Your order will be delivered within 12 calendar days from the date of placement.
You will be required to select your desired delivery date when placing your
order.

Rush Orders:
Need your order in less than 12 days? Email us at sales@questawards.com and we
will determine if we can complete your order. A minimum fee of $25 applies for
Rush orders.

Order Mockup Approval:
After placing your order, our graphic design team will send you a PDF Proof
showing the exact layout of each award. You must review and approve this proof
before your order is scheduled for production.

Logo and Image Files:
When placing your order you will be uploading your logo, images, text, and
layout instructions. Logos and Images File Formats include .jpg, .png, .tif, ai,
or .cdr, (300 DPI or higher). For glass and acrylic awards, black and white
logos and images are required (not grayscale or color). We'll assist if your
images are not acceptable (additional fee may apply).

Products for Engraving:
We only engrave and personalize products purchased from us.

Pricing:
The listed price includes all setup, engraving and personalization of each
product. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the order's weight
and shipping address. The total amount is shown before proceeding to payment.

Order Pickup:
As an online store, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders must be placed
and received online.

Engraving Plates:
We only engrave plates for annual trophies or plaques previously purchased from
Quest Awards.
