If you can't make it to one of the above ride events this year, or have friends
and family who have always wanted to participate but live outside the area, no
need to miss out any longer because the ride is going nationwide! Simply select
the "virtual rider" option during sign-up, and ride your own distance, on your
own time.

Note: Virtual riders will be subject to the exact same guidelines and incentive
opportunities as ride participants, and thereby must commit to the fundraising
minimum by the date specified at registration under the virtual rider option.

Each attendee commits to raising $300 by September 22, 2023. If the amount isn't
reached, attendees agree to cover the remaining amount.

NOTE: Please select only one home base ride! You will receive an e-mail with
details on how to add-on additional cities if interested. By purchasing this
ticket, I personally guarantee the fundraising minimum of $300 whether or not I
participate in the RFMC or NCMEC is able to stage the event. Registration is not
transferrable and no other person may participate in your place.

Rochester Home Base (select ONLY one home ride) - September 15, 2023

NEW FOR 2023! Participate in this year's Ride for Missing Children on your own
schedule and from your own city! Virtual riders are given their own Ride pages
where they can create a team and earn the same fundraising incentives as all
RFMC participants. We would love for all virtual riders to share photos and
videos with us at events@ncmec.org Note: While virtual riders do not have to
meet any mileage requirement, we do ask they meet the same fundraising
commitment as all RFMC participants. By purchasing a virtual rider ticket, I
personally guarantee the fundraising minimum of $300.

THE RIDE FOR MISSING CHILDREN


What started as a small group of bicyclists that hoped to raise awareness for
the plight of one missing child has grown into one of the biggest annual
fundraisers for the 

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.  




Be sure to check back here for updated information on your "Home City" format
and event details.




Our Mission:

To Make Our Children Safer...

One Child at a Time




The Ride stops at schools along the way for educational Rest Stops, and we
“Ride-By” other schools throughout the day.  At each school we visit, we bring
our message of child safety and abduction prevention. 




Before The Ride we reach out to schools “beyond our borders” with educational
and awareness programs. 

This way we reach hundreds of schools 

throughout the year, each year.
