HVAD KAN DU FORVENTE?

Jeg arbejder intuitivt og har ikke en manual liggende i baglommen. Det betyder
også du nok ikke får den samme behandling næste gang, jeg arbejder ud fra hvad
du fortæller generer dig, hvad jeg mærker og hvad her erfaring med virker i din
situation.

Jeg arbejder med gener, skader, forebyggelse & stress. Det betyder jeg vil
spørge ind til hvad du gør eller har gjort for at komme dine problemer til livs,
samt spørge ind til livstil. Det gør jeg for at målrette behandlingen til bedst
muligt at hjælpe.

HVAD FORTÆLLER KROPPEN?

Kroppens signaler kan være svære at tyde – arbejdsstillinger, gamle som nye
skader, stress, sorg eller familie/kæreste problemer sætter sig i kroppen, og
avler flere og flere problemer jo længere vi lader det sidde.

Jo mere du deler, jo nemmere er det for mig at arbejde med din krop, og finde
problemerne. På den måde kan jeg give den bedste behandling og guide dig mod en
hverdag uden smerter


HVOR TIT SKAL MAN HAVE BEHANDLING?

Det er meget individuelt og afhænger også en del af dig selv (motion, kost, søvn
mm). Har du en aktiv skade der hindrer din hverdag, plejer jeg at sige 2-3 gange
inden for en måned og så skal du være fri for smerter eller i meget stor
bedring!

Kommer du med en gammel skade (3 måneder +) kan det være svære at sige. Og alt
efter skade, er det muligt du også skal se en fysioterapeut. Jeg vil være meget
ærlig omkring hvad jeg mener du kan forvente af et forløb, og om jeg er den
rette behandler for dig.
