2023 UCR REGISTRATION

In accordance with U.S. DOT Regulation CFR 367 all interstate motor carriers
must comply with the UCR mandate beginning on October 1 to December 31 for each
upcoming UCR period.

Due to the high volume of UCR Registration applications, the registration
payment period spans from October 1 to December 31. To ensure the timely
processing of the UCR Registration, it is highly advised to submit your
registration payment as quickly as possible. UCR Applications are processed on a
first come first served basis unless the expedited option is selected.

UPDATE 2022:
2023 UCR registration begins on October 1, 2022.
The fees for the 2023 UCR are reduced over the 2022 UCR registration.

UCR fees are due annually and normally collected by the UCR Board of Directors
in the 4th quarter between October 1 and December 31 for the upcoming year. The
start of 2023 UCR registration period will begin on October 1, 2022. The UCR
fees are established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
The 2023 UCR fees have been reduced. On September 1, 2022, the FMCSA published
in the Federal Register, the final proposed fees for 2023 UCR
(https://www.federalregister.gov).

As such, the final 2023 UCR, as well as each previous year's fees are known and
UCR registrations can now be submitted to processing agents with systems that
account for the established UCR fees.

mandate, if your company operated as INTERstate during the year 2022, you must
pay the past due 2022 UCR registration fees as well. To file 2022 UCR, please
