PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform you about the practices and
procedures of IPSOS (as follows, “we” or “us”) in handling Personal Information
and to inform you about the Personal Information we collect about you (for
example, when you participate in one of our surveys). It explains how we use and
disclose that information, the choices you have regarding such use and
disclosure, and how you may correct that information.

If you are a resident of the United States of America and have any questions or
comments regarding this statement, you should first contact our Member Relations
Team at Ipsos, Social Media Exchange, Member Relations, 222 West Adams Street,
Suite 1100, Chicago IL 60606 or by email using the contact us page.

We are proud to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. From time to time,
we may make changes to this Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement is current
as of the “last revised” date which appears at the top of this page. We will
treat Personal Information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Statement
under which it was collected and our Privacy Policy, unless we have your consent
to treat it differently. This Privacy Statement applies to any information we
collect or receive about you, from any source.

1. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Personal Information is any information that is identifiable with you. This
information may include but is not limited to your name, mailing address, phone
numbers, email address, identification numbers and, in certain circumstances,
your opinions and individual preferences. Personal Information, however, does
not include (i) your name, business title or business address and business
telephone number and fax in your capacity as an employee of an organization; and
(ii) depending on the jurisdiction, publicly available information. However, if
in your capacity as an employee of an organization you participate in one of our
surveys, your responses will be treated as Personal Information.

We may collect personal information about other members of your household. This
information may include but is not limited to the age and gender of the other
household members. We use this information to determine if certain surveys are
relevant to you based on the composition of your household. Sometimes we use
this information to invite other members of your household to participate in our
surveys. If one of your household members is selected for one of our surveys we
will always deliver the survey invitation to your email address, and ask you to
personally invite the household member to participate.

We may offer you the opportunity to refer-a-friend on some of our proprietary
Custom Communities, which allows you to invite one or more friends to join the
Panel and after joining participating in any type of event on the Panel or in
surveys. This process will never ask you to provide the email address or any
other personally identifiable information about the individuals you wish to
refer. An email message with a registration link may be sent to you, and you may
be asked to pass on a link to the membership survey to one or more of your
friends. Alternatively we may encourage you to forward a link to the membership
survey to one or more of your friends by using the friend feature on the panel
homepage.

example, when you respond to one of our surveys or participate on our
Interactive Panel). We collect your Personal Information where we have obtained

personal information, including email address. That information is delivered to
Ipsos directly. Contractual agreements between Ipsos and third party vendors
ensure that your personal information will not be shared with anyone and will
not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

We may receive your email address from a third party through a co-registrations
process. If you indicate that you would like to join our survey Panel through
one of our co-registration partners, your email address may be provided to us
for the purpose of us sending you a link to our registration page. Our
co-registration partners may just direct you to a registration page on one of
our websites, in which case your email address will not be given to us until you
provide it at the appropriate point in our registration process. Contractual

STATE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Certain State laws may give you additional rights to limit the sharing of your
personal data or require that you are informed of your specific privacy rights.

California Consumer Privacy Act
There are certain rights that California residents have under the California
Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). For example, the Ipsos Policy explains how
California residents can exercise their rights under the CCPA to request that
we: (1) provide certain personal information that we have collected about them
during the past 12 months, along with related information described below, or
(2) delete certain personal information that we have collected from them.
Under the CCPA, “personal information” is information that identifies, relates
to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular California resident or
household. This information is referred to in this Notice as “Personal Data.”
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we disclose
to you the following information covering the 12-month period prior to your
request (“Access Request”):

a) The categories of Personal Data we collected about you and the categories of
sources from which we collected the Personal Data;
b) The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling Personal Data
about you;
c) The categories of third parties to whom we disclosed Personal Data about you,
and the categories of Personal Data disclosed;
d) The specific pieces of Personal Data we collected about you; and
e) Delete Personal Data we collected from you (“Deletion Request”).

California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their information
by businesses that sell Personal Data. The CCPA defines a “sale” as the
disclosure of Personal Data for monetary or other valuable consideration. You
can obtain more information regarding CCPA and exercise your right to opt out of
the sale of your personal data by accessing here.
In addition, you have the right to be free from discrimination by a business for
exercising your rights under the CCPA.
