<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">In response to increasing cases of COVID-19 in the community, the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre has been established to improve overall efficiencies and safety of our community members.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">Yes. The QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre has a trained medical team onsite.</span></p>

<h1>Will my appointments still be 3 weeks apart?</h1>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">Yes. Your original Westmead Hospital Vaccination Hub appointments will be honoured and delivered 3 weeks apart at the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">As of 23 August, the Westmead Hospital Vaccination Hub will be closed and all dose 1 and dose 2 Pfizer appointments transferred to the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre. <br>

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">Your new appointment date and time will be the same as your original Westmead Hospital appointment however the location has changed to the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre at Sydney Olympic Park.</span>

<h1>Is it far to walk from the car park?</h1>

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">The closest car park to the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is the P1 car park on Edwin Flack Ave and is an estimated 3-5 minute walk away. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">From the Sydney Olympic Park train station, the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is a short 7 minute walk via Olympic Boulevard near Stadium Australia.</span></p>

<h1>Can a carer or support person come in with me to my vaccination? </h1>

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">Only people receiving COVID-19 vaccinations are allowed to enter the vaccination centre – this is to ensure the safety of people receiving vaccinations and staff.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">This means no children, including babies, will allowed to accompany their parents receiving a vaccination.</span></p>

WHY IS MY APPOINTMENT BEING MOVED TO QUDOS BANK ARENA (QBA) NSW HEALTH
VACCINATION CENTRE?
In response to increasing cases of COVID-19 in the community, the QBA NSW Health
Vaccination Centre has been established to improve overall efficiencies and
safety of our community members.
WILL I STILL BE RECEIVING THE PFIZER VACCINE?
Yes.
WILL THERE BE DOCTORS THERE?
Yes. The QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre has a trained medical team onsite.
WILL MY APPOINTMENTS STILL BE 3 WEEKS APART?
Yes. Your original Westmead Hospital Vaccination Hub appointments will be
honoured and delivered 3 weeks apart at the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre.
CAN I KEEP MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT AT THE WESTMEAD HOSPITAL VACCINATION HUB?
As of 23 August, the Westmead Hospital Vaccination Hub will be closed and all
dose 1 and dose 2 Pfizer appointments transferred to the QBA NSW Health
Vaccination Centre.
Your new appointment date and time will be the same as your original Westmead
Hospital appointment however the location has changed to the QBA NSW Health
Vaccination Centre at Sydney Olympic Park.
WHAT IS THE ADDRESS OF THE QBA SITE?
19 Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW.

WHAT ARE THE QBA NSW HEALTH VACCINATION CENTRE HOURS OF OPERATION?
Monday - Sunday 7am-11pm
WHERE WILL I PARK AT THE QBA NSW HEALTH VACCINATION CENTRE?
You are encouraged to use the free parking in P1. There is limited street
parking available near the centre.
HOW DO I GET THERE/FIND INFORMATION REGARDING HOW TO GET THERE?
The closest car park to the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is P1 car park on
Edwin Flack Ave, entry via Old Hill Link.
Trains and buses run regularly to Sydney Olympic Park.

IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
The QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is not accessible to people requiring
wheelchair access.
If you require wheelchair accessibility, we are able to move your appointment to
our Blacktown Hospital Vaccination Clinic. Please call the bookings hotline on:
1800 571 155.
IS IT FAR TO WALK FROM THE CAR PARK?
The closest car park to the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is the P1 car park
on Edwin Flack Ave and is an estimated 3-5 minute walk away.
From the Sydney Olympic Park train station, the QBA NSW Health Vaccination
Centre is a short 7 minute walk via Olympic Boulevard near Stadium Australia.
CAN A CARER OR SUPPORT PERSON COME IN WITH ME TO MY VACCINATION?
Only people receiving COVID-19 vaccinations are allowed to enter the vaccination
centre – this is to ensure the safety of people receiving vaccinations and
staff.
This means no children, including babies, will allowed to accompany their
parents receiving a vaccination.
CAN I BOOK MY FAMILY MEMBER IN?
Anyone aged 16-39 years old who lives in a Local Government Area of concern is
able to book an appointment at the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre
at:https://nswhvam.health.nsw.gov.au/vam
Alternatively, to book an appointment, your family member will need to register
via the eligibility checker at:
https://covid-vaccine.healthdirect.gov.au/eligibility or may wish to speak with
his/her local GP to discuss options.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO GO TO QBA NSW HEALTH VACCINATION CENTRE?
