Two newly constructed homes, each with a thoughtful design that maximizes views
and ensures privacy. Available to book either individually or both homes
together. Nestled on 4.2 hectares (10 acres) of serene, elevated land that
offers peace and tranquillity, overlooking the Whanganui River and across to Mt
Ruapehu. Situated conveniently close to the National Park, ski fields and a
variety of cycling and walking trails, these homes offer an ideal retreat.

Unwind on the deck in the comfort of the swinging egg chair or double Cape Cod
seat, as you soak in the ambient sounds of the river and native birds. Watch
kayakers and jetboats navigating the river below or step out and embrace the
adventure tourism right at your doorstep. The homes are strategically positioned
to capture the perfect balance of sunlight and shade throughout the day,
complemented by large, sun-soaked decks that invites relaxation and enjoyment.

Despite our rural location, we’re conveniently situated just a four-minute drive
from the town centre, which boasts a full range of amenities including a New
World supermarket, fuel station, pharmacy and various shops. Additionally, the
hospital is a mere two-minute drive away.

Indulge in all the comforts of home with our fully-equipped amenities:
microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, heat
pump, WiFi, Samsung smart TV, electric blankets, hair dryer and BBQ. Experience
the comfort of our king-size beds, complete with comfort toppers, protective
mattress and pillow covers and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s
sleep. Instant gas cooking and hot water, along with water tanks with robust
water pressure for great shower.

Both residences feature two bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, a bathroom
that includes a toilet, shower and laundry facilities. The open-plan design
kitchen, living and dining areas. All necessary linens are provided.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials such as dishware, cutlery,
glasses, pots and pans – simply bring your preferred food and beverages. Each
residence provides facilities for making coffee and tea, along with a selection
of bathroom amenities for your convenience.

Residences also come with a gun safe for hunting activities. The property is
suitable for helicopter landing/take off.
