Yes, Silq is a Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) licensed freight forwarder
fully licensed to operate as a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier providing
freight forwarding services in the United States

Are there any exceptions to the money-back guarantee?

The only two applicable exceptions are matters relating to Force Majeure or
Customs Clearance Delays that are outside the control of Silq.

Does Silq have its own offices in Asia

Yes, Silq operates a full team of on-site operations associates who provide
shipping and inspection services across Asia with a strong presence across China
and India.

Does Silq only provide shipping and inspection services together? Or can I
purchase each one independently?

Silq offers independent shipping and factory inspection services. You are not
required to purchase both together. However, we’re able to offer greater
predictability and visibility when our customers choose to bundle both services.
