courses, which is why all our sessions are structured around taught theory,
interactivity and shared experiences from the real world. Our online training
courses are designed to create the optimum learning experience for the virtual
environment. Our training is highly interactive; our tutors make regular use of
whiteboard, annotate, polls and other types of interactive software to enhance
the learning experience.

 

We use Zoom for our open courses, and we recommend that our delegates download
the application before attending one of our courses.

Allowing you to more effectively use of your time, and reducing the need for any

COST SAVINGS

Delivering our courses via the internet means that we can deliver the same
learning outcomes and course content for a heavily reduced price. We don’t have
to pay for venues and printed materials like we do with our face to face
delivered courses, and these savings are passed onto our learners. Giving you
the same quality learning experience at a fraction of the price.

KNOWLEDGE RETENTION

Online courses can help you to retain and remember information in a more
effective way than some face to face delivery. Learning slides will be emailed
to delegates at the end of each day, with any supporting materials.

 



NETWORKING

We replicate physical networking through the use of WhatsApp groups. These
groups encourage more fluid-training experiences as your tutor has the ability
to respond to questions or needs instantly. Through virtual attendance on one of
our courses, you will meet a range of like-minded individuals from all sectors
and industries. Participating in group discussions will allow you to share your
experiences and hear from others, which can often form a fundamental part of
your learning with us.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR VIRTUAL CLASSROOM…

 

Q: WHAT PLATFORM IS USED FOR DELIVERY?

A: Zoom is used to facilitate the delivery of all our open courses and it’s
strongly suggested that delegates download the Zoom app for a more immersive
experience! If you are unable to download the app, you can still access the
meeting via a web browser link.

 

Q: DOES THE VIRTUAL SESSION COVER THE SAME OUTCOMES AS FACE TO FACE?

A: The virtual programmes cover the same learning outcomes and course agenda as
the face to face programmes. Training is adaptable; the tutor has the ability to
respond to the delegate group needs in a more instant way.

 

Q: HOW DO WE MAKE OUR SESSIONS INTERACTIVE?

A: The programme is highly engaging and includes participative learning. To
ensure that delegates are getting the most out of their learning experience,
tutors build in interactive breakout sessions to facilitate delegates working
through real world tasks and challenges. Tutors will also make learning
interactive by including polls, the whiteboard/annotate function and videos.

 

Q: HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?

A: The course running times are roughly 9am-4:30/5:00pm each day including 2
breaks and a lunch. Please ensure that you are available and avoid booking
meetings/ work commitments during the training.

 

Q: WILL I RECEIVE MATERIALS/CERTIFICATE?

A: Following on from course attendance, delegates can expect to receive the full
course content and supporting materials. The slides and documents will be
emailed out at the end of each day, this content will compliment your new found
wealth of new knowledge and skills. On the final day of the programme you will
be emailed your digital badge and certificate from Credly or the associated next
steps to complete your accreditation.


 

Q: WILL I RECEIVE POST COURSE SUPPORT?

A: You will have continued contact and support from your tutors, peers and
accreditation once the programme has finished. you will have access to a
dedicated WhatsApp group and the contact details of your tutor.
